Janet Moranda opened Lincoln Oaks Catering with the desire to serve you unique and quality dishes, provide courteous and responsive service. All of our dishes are cooked with care, our professional servers are  trained to create a truly memorable experience for you and your guests.  Our goal is to have you enjoy your event and leave the work to us.

Closing the B&B and Wedding Garden in 2010 with the vision of focusing just on creating great food, great service at reasonable pricing. Self-trained and motivated-after studying Dietetics and Nutrition in college she realized she was more suited working with the general public and opened her first business, The French Quiche Cafe, San Jose in the early 80's. Fresh roasted coffee was a nuance, men claimed they didn't eat quiche and croissants were a new trendy European item being baked in Berkeley.

She never lost sight of her passion for cooking. In 2002 she moved to Placer county and became involved with local farmers through PlacerGrown, shopped at farmers markets for fresh produce, olive oils. At the B&B, she was known for her fresh baked scones and unique brunch dishes.

Now, her focus is serving the greater Sacramento area and the local foothills in catering events.
Lincoln Oaks Catering will come to your home, local venues or your office for events, meetings and BBQ's. We will simply drop off food to Full Service. We can BBQ and cook on site, or bring in food ready to serve.
Today's  menu items have evolved, vowing to use the finest ingredients and prepare each dish with an infusion of passion and creativity. Guests rave about her food.  She enjoys working with fresh herbs, garlic, olive oils and a touch of her Italian & California Fresh influence.
